Reports To: Director of Cyber Security and Networking
Salary:$50,575 - $75,863

As Warehouse Technology Analyst, you will provide support role for all warehouses/DCs. You will research solutions, open issues, and new direction for client solutions to customers. You also will work on special projects and provide documentation and recommendations, which will involve talking to users and implementing new systems and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Manage client devices including mobile computers, label printers, scanners & IOT devices
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript and bash scripting
  • Basic understanding of Wireless and WLAN networking, DNS and CLI
  • Budget planning for lifecycle management and company roadmaps.
  • Prepare cost analyses on different business models of client devices
  • Document, research and troubleshoot warehouse production issues
  • Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste
  • Support other areas of IT as requested (WMS Team, Networking and Helpdesk)


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent Dot experience
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with minimal direction


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • High motivation
  • Proficient in Android, Windows, and Debian environments
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel. Ability to travel independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for customer/vendor calls, training or meetings
  • Schedule - Ability to work flexible hours to meet the responsibilities of the job
  • Environment - Ability to work in different temperature environments including refrigerated and freezer environment; Ability to work in a warehouse environment
