Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and providing technical expertise in areas such as thermal analysis, materials selection, and manufacturing processes. Senior Mechanical Engineers also oversee the troubleshooting of mechanical issues, guide junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills are essential for this position, along with relevant education and industry experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Mechanical Engineer: Pay commensurate with experience.
• Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Include:

• Lead development of mechanical design deliverables and consulting services for client deliverables and direct staff members of our consulting team staff as they develop project deliverables.
• Under direction provides planning, design, development, evaluation, and operation of engineering models, and processes.
• Coordinate with all architect and engineering disciplines to develop cohesive client drawings, delegating tasks to appropriate team members, conduct research, analyze technical data, and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet the expectations of the client and meet client and industry standard engineering codes and regulations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
