About the Role

Parametrix has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Water Engineer to join our regional water practice to support drinking / raw / reuse water treatment. You will report into a Senior Water Leader and be located in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

You Will:

  • Be a Process Mechanical Technical Lead and Project Manager, providing guidance to clients, our teams, and project managers within our Water and Wastewater Treatment Practice serving Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Projects include new municipal wells, water system and water quality modeling; design and construction of iron and manganese filtration systems, ion exchange arsenic removal treatment systems; consulting on and/or design of PFAS for industrial and municipal clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to strengthen our long-term relationships with our clients from pursuit through successful project delivery.

You Have:

  • Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the A/E industry specializing in drinking / raw / reuse water treatment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field. Master's Degree or Ph.D. preferred, but not required. Registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, or ability to acquire within 6 months.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $95K-125K+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
