As an Information Systems Educator on the Technology Education team, you will play a pivotal role in training healthcare professionals on the effective utilization of our advanced software systems. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring end-users are proficient in navigating and leveraging the features of our healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering healthcare professionals through education.

Summary: The Information Systems Educator in Technology Education is responsible for onboarding and ongoing support of end users on multiple healthcare technologies. This role requires both on-site and remote work. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and support during software implementation/upgrades, communication of regulatory updates, and development of training materials for adult learners. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, a willingness to seek input from others, and effective time management. Serve as a collaborative team member in the areas of work ethic, values, and customer service while demonstrating genuine concern for staff, patients, and the community. Develop and maintain effective relationships and communications with leaders, technical/application teams, and external customers. Assume other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on the effective use of our healthcare software systems.

2.Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of diverse healthcare settings and specialties.

3. Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate end-users on software functionalities, best practices, and system updates.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about the latest software developments and updates, ensuring training materials are up to date.

5. Provide one-on-one or group training sessions based on individual user needs and skill levels.

6. Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, and instructional guides.

7. Collaborate with the software development team to gather user feedback and contribute to the improvement of user interface and user experience.

8. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare software systems.

9. On site support for project implementations, upgrades, at-the-elbow, and ongoing initiatives.
