JOB SUMMARY LOCATION: JOHN H. STROGER, JR. HOSPITAL SHIFT: DAYS 7am-3pm The Certified Health Information Management Technician is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of medical record documentation by performing various technical duties including physician & patient support, record analysis, master patient index maintenance, medical record merges, release of information & audit support, document imaging & scanning, and other functions. This position is exempt from Career Service under the CCH Personnel Rules. Typical Duties
