This work stems from Mass General Brigham's unified system strategy to bring high quality health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. MGBMG provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, lab services, infusion, and urgent care both digitally and in person in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Schedule/Location: We are currently seeking a Clinical Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position requires on-site presence at our primary care and specialty practices within the Massachusetts MetroWest regional area. The Opportunity: As an Ambulatory Clinical Educator, you will be an essential part of our practices, providing crucial support to ensure exceptional care. You will work closely with a team of professionals, serving as a facilitator, academic liaison, and educator, to meet federal, state, and accreditation body requirements. This involves ensuring adherence to regulations set by DEA, CLIA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, TJC, and CMS. Besides ensuring regulatory compliance, you will help establish a culture that fosters clinical excellence throughout our locations. Collaborating closely with a teammate, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical education for around 150 employees. Your duties will include developing and implementing educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of RN, LPN, and MA staff. In addition, evaluating program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications
Required: * At least 5 years of RN work experience in a relevant clinical area. * Active State of MA Registered Nursing License. * Current BLS certification. * Strong project management and time management skills.
