Closing Detailer - Lexus of Las Vegas

Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Detailer who take pride in their performance and ensures customer satisfaction! We believe in providing ongoing training, but also in rewarding outstanding effort and results. If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us as a Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for deep cleaning vehicles while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Satisfying necessary services and exceeding customer expectations is essential for our Lexus Service team. You will work alongside the best in our business and part of the team consistently achieving the Top Workplaces designation!

Job Responsibilities



  • Clean exterior of vehicles, including but not limited to, windows, door frames, tires and other surfaces by using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
  • Apply wax to auto body, wipe or buff surfaces to protect and reserve shine using cloth or buffing machine.
  • Apply special purpose cleaners and clays to remove foreign materials which do not respond to normal cleaning procedures, utilize experience and follow recommendations of product manufacturer.
  • Vacuum and clean interior of vehicles, including but not limited to, floor mats, carpet area, rugs, and other surfaces by using cleaning solutions, applicators, and cleaning devices.
  • Inspect quality of work performed and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate appropriately with Service Consultants and guests.
  • Ensure that working area is kept clean and supplies stocked.
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.


Requirements



  • Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Is legally able to work in the United States
  • Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
  • Pre-employment drug screen

Pay: Commissioned - $19 per flag hour performed

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: M, W-Sat 11:00am-8:00pm (Tues & Sun off)
