The Opportunity

The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) is a team of deep industry experts and digital strategists that deliver Digital Experience (DX) vision, strategy and thought leadership by industry for Adobe's Enterprise business. The team also provides consultative services, working with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, high-level architecture assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Performance Analyst, you will focus on measuring and assessing the performance of DSG's industry GTM strategy and uncovering data-driven recommendations to optimize the approach. In this role, you will craft, implement and track critical metrics that measure the effectiveness of the industry GTM. You will refine and demonstrate analytical skills from tracking the metrics that reflect our team's impact to identifying improvement opportunities based on operational, employee engagement and performance data. You will help to maintain and innovate on our tools and systems. You will gain skills in presenting and storytelling as a key team member interacting with the overall team and global leadership, and you will work very closely with these stakeholders to take action on insights identified.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop quantitative models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data mining and statistical analysis.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.

2. Communications:

  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication of strategies, project updates, and key findings.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating information exchange and ensuring alignment on objectives.

3. Program Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Track project milestones, evaluate performance metrics, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

4. Business Operations:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Interest in business strategy, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities or work/internship experience
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
  • Willingness to travel
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $53,900 -- $101,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
