The Opportunity

As a member of the Digital Media Global Customer Engagement team, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across two of Adobe's biggest products; Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Our team defines the strategy for growing new customer acquisition, improving customer engagement and increasing customer lifetime value.

This team provides business critical insights using analytics and ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution. We work with our business partners to define our customer journey requirements across demand trial engagement, conversion and paid engagement to maximize long term customer growth and success. Team members have strong E2E project management skills, are analytical and strategic, and have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done through positive relationships across the company.

You will work with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Growth, Campaign, and Product to provide customer insights, and influence product roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

What You'll Do

  • Obsess over customer experience journeys, seeking opportunities for improvement and driving cross-functional teams to deliver
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into actionable recommendations for growth
  • Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Experience building a strong point of view based on a deep understanding of audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes
  • Willingness to take initiative on new projects and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution
  • Ability to assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement solutions to address critical business issues
  • The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position
  • Comfortable in dynamic environments, anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
  • Collaborative teammate and positive outlook
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
