Our Company The Opportunity As a member of the Digital Media Global Customer Engagement team, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across two of Adobe's biggest products; Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Our team defines the strategy for growing new customer acquisition, improving customer engagement and increasing customer lifetime value. This team provides business critical insights using analytics and ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution. We work with our business partners to define our customer journey requirements across demand trial engagement, conversion and paid engagement to maximize long term customer growth and success. Team members have strong E2E project management skills, are analytical and strategic, and have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done through positive relationships across the company. You will work with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Growth, Campaign, and Product to provide customer insights, and influence product roadmaps and go-to-market programs.
