Position Summary The Associate Director of Patient Support & Engagement Analytics, US Heme Business Unit will play an important role in understanding and establishing key metrics and analytics required to run the business. As we stand up the analytic function and the overall business, it's critical that we have a well-defined strategy and execution plan around what exact analytics will be required to successfully achieve our goals. This role will be in support of the entire US HEME business including HEME BU leadership, Marketing and Patient Engagement Commercial Operations (PECO). Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Legal, Privacy and Compliance is critical for the success of this role. Partnership with our IT function is also critical to define which data are required to support the analytics determined above. Collaboration with our IT team to get the data in to the right location and on a timely basis will be a key component to building the analytics competency within the business unit. This individual will deliver key reports and analyses as needed for both launch-related success metrics as well as ongoing metrics and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business strategy and key levers within each functional area of the business across US HEME BU and key cross-functional partners. Overarching technical skills involve performing advanced analytics, test and learn experimenting of new analytical or visualization dashboards/tools to ensure operational success. The AD of Commercial Analytics will report into the Director of Digital Strategy & Analyticsand is based onsite at our Seaport location (2 days flexible, 3 days onsite). Key Responsibilities
