Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $24.00 - $28.80 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

This individual is responsible for coordinating the day to day activities for the Graduate Medical Education Office (GME). The coordinator is responsible for coordinating rotations for and onboarding for medical students and rotating residents/fellows, ensuring that the Institution meets all necessary requirements to maintain successful accreditation.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting. Excellent communication skills, general accounting and budgeting, order supplies, familiar with hospital departments. Basic knowledge of office skills, office automation, and computer skills (MS Office products, SharePoint, and various reporting schedules).

SKILLS:
Medical Terminology, ability to prioritize projects and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
