Description
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Monitoring Support Services Representative to join our corporate team.
Primary Responsibilities:


  • Assure the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Receives and responds to incoming calls, quickly and efficiently
  • Determines type and action needed to respond to internal or external customer needs
  • Processes new data into 3rd party monitoring portal with strict attention to detail
  • Provides telephone support to field technicians
  • Processes any data change requests with strict attention to detail
  • Processes new access requests and trains technical staff on monitoring portal
  • Performs quality control processes as outlined to ensure data entry is correct
  • Update Pavion staff of completed requests within 24 business hours
  • Register communication modules and user applications including but not limited to Bosch IP, Bosch cell, DMP, SecureCom, AlarmNet, CommNet, Connect One, Immix and Telguard
  • Perform remote management requests in panel programming
  • Thoroughly completes all documentation and paperwork


Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 Year College
  • Good oral and written communication skills; the ability to independently make accurate decisions and analyze risk
  • 2 years Customer Service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage with great attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize work independently
  • Professional work ethic
  • Self-motivated and takes on a positive attitude
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
