Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The CCOA Photographer will support the Marketing Team in a role dedicated to capture and deliver high quality photography of outdoor media throughout Atlanta. This includes capturing photos of outdoor media products within five days of posting and generating photography content that will support a variety of visual platforms including, but not limited to, media kits, presentations, social media and video. A growing digital platform includes more than 13,500 digital displays in its international markets and more than 1,200 digital billboards across 28 markets in the U.S. Job Responsibilities: Heavy daily driving throughout the Atlanta market to capture photos in the field Create and organize assignments for photography needs on a daily/weekly basis to deliver on client requests within guaranteed window, coordinating with other team photographers Maintain consistent lines of communication with National and Local sales teams to inform them on photography schedules for their clients Coordinate with Marketing Team to discuss and clarify photography assignments With support of the Marketing Team, determine appropriate routes and positioning to capture photos Maintain accurate log of outdoor media locations photographed for reporting purposes Capture photos by working independently in the field and also by working in teams, as needed Review, filter, and edit photos on a daily basis Make photos available to Marketing Team within agreed upon time frame Other duties as assigned or requested Job Qualifications Requirements: Comfortable with heavy daily driving of company vehicle on surface streets and freeways throughout the Atlanta market, often in traffic Digital portfolio or sample work that reflects photos of outdoor environments Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in photography equipment, tripod, and lighting usage, etc.; Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook) and Google Sheets. Ability to identify and interpret photography needs and develop a plan to meet them Flexible and willing to cover various parts of Atlanta; comfortable with photo assignments changing on a daily basis Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented. Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely. Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions. Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work. Team oriented, self-starter who is highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for advertising, marketing, and high quality outdoor photography content Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area Education High school diploma or GED Associate's degree or undergraduate degree preferred Work Experience 2+ years of photography experience in advertising, marketing or related field Digital portfolio or sample work that reflects photos of outdoor environments Competencies Achievement Orientation - Adapts in order to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups. Other Requirements Ability to travel outside of the office around metro Atlanta 50%+ of the time.
