The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager to build Adobe.com's personalization capabilities, involving both Adobe technology and emerging industry innovations, machine learning / GenAI, data and integration platforms. For example, you would identify and build new personalization / experimentation capabilities that take advantage of the Adobe Experience Platform and new internal solutions.

You will be interfacing on a regular basis with internal business partners, other product managers, program managers, engineering, web production, experience design teams, and 3rd-party vendors. This is a high visible role where you will be able to drive and deliver against several strategic Adobe.com initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the roadmap and delivery of measurement and insights across the personalization experiences.
  • Evaluate the impact of personalization across multiple surfaces and work cross-functionally to maximize that impact for our users and our business. From ensuring meaningful data collection to developing actionable insights through strategic and deep data analysis, you will have the opportunity to define how data and insights drive product planning and development
  • Transform requirements into feature specs/user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Define goals, set priorities, and drive a backlog of features adapted to your markets
  • Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog
  • Assess and report on the results of initiatives vs their expected impact
  • Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights and industry standards to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling personalized experiences
  • You will be supported and encouraged to be a key driver of process and methodology improvements across the team and all of Adobe.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields ; or equivalent experience required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026
  • 0-1 + years of experience in specific skill/field(s)
  • A strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL-like languages
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A positive can-do, go-getter mentality!
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple information sources into a single set of recommendations. Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (customers, testers, engineering, competitors, analyst reports, management, etc.).
  • Experience with agile software development practices and principles preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
  • Understanding of statistical modeling and data mining concepts, and a record of solving problems with these methods
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $67,200 -- $143,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
