IHM Senior Living Community in Monroe is currently seeking a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the site level, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, people-related practices and culture and values. This role involves implementing Human Resources policies, managing employee relations, and cultivating a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Director and with a solid tie to the Saint Therese Chief People and Culture Officer, the Human Resources Director will play a key role in the support of the culture at the site and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role will provide day to day developmental and administrative human resource support and employee relation practices (to interpret and administer human resource policies and procedures in a fair, equitable and efficient manner).
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
