Job Description Summary

*The candidate should be a Techno-Functional candidate with 11 to 12 years of Oracle Applications experience and is responsible for Estimation, Design, Development, Documentation and Testing.
*He / She should have extensive knowledge of Oracle Applications 12.1.3 or higher.
*He / She should have extensive technical development knowledge on usage of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle XML / BI Publisher Reports, Oracle APEX, OA Framework Pages, JSON, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
*He / She should have extensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.
*He / She should be familiar with the EDI Process, preparing Bridge documents and EDI mapping documents
*He / She should have extensive knowledge of e-commerce Gateway, Release Management (RLM) , Order Management(OM) modules of Oracle Applications
*He / She is also responsible for compliance with AAM technology standards, processes, and policies.
*Knowledge on OCI architecture would be an added advantage.
*Knowledge of preparing EDI bridge document and mappings with Oracle EBS system is a requirement

Job Description

Partner with Oracle Development Manager to effectively manage tasks and issues and ensure efficient utilization of available time and resources

Should have extensive knowledge on Oracle Applications versions - 12.1.3 or higher

Should have extensive knowledge on the following:

  • Oracle Development Languages like SQL and PL/SQL
  • Should have knowledge on Oracle Development Tools like XML / BI Publisher Reports, Reports, JSON, Forms, Workflow
  • Interfaces and Data conversions
  • Writing Oracle Alerts
  • Development and Coding Standards
  • Upgradation and Migration
  • EDI modules like Release Management (RLM), e-Commerce Gateway (EC), Order Management (OM)
  • Order-to-Cash process flow cycle
  • Procure-to-Pay process flow cycle

Knowledge of a tool that can provide version control and automatic code migration is desirable

Good communication skills to execute development requests as per the laid down processes

Knowledge on EDI formats, Creation of Bridge documents and Processing EDI data within Oracle.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required

Master's degree preferred
