  • Input and maintain production data, reports, files, and other documents within the DMS system and spreadsheets.
  • Provide production and milk reporting.
  • Close purchase and work orders, inspect and sign bill of ladings and reconcile to invoices.
  • Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets.
  • Inspect data for discrepancies, investigate discrepancies, and resolve and notify the supervisor.
  • Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors.
  • Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, inventory, and accounting.
  • Assist in necessary reports for requested audits.
  • Maintain accurate reconciliation of inventories.
  • Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts, expedite orders when required, and set up and add items to the computer system.
  • Set correct inventory levels, report stock inventory and special-order requests, and perform general accounting for the warehouse.
  • Update, enter, and track EHS system training and safety committee administrative tasks.
  • Assist with Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tracking and close sanitation work orders.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with all state and federal health and safety issues regulations.
  • Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work consistently with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of operations, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.
  • Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including spreadsheet skills and knowledge of spreadsheet functions
  • Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision.
  • Able to take initiative in performing job.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Able to follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to reconcile production transactions and inventories.
  • Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile.
  • Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including decimals and fractions.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
