Forvis Mazars is seeking a full-time Operations Central Specialist to fill a key role within the Wealth Advisory team. Forvis Mazars Wealth Advisors offers wealth management services for affluent families as well as investment consulting and compliance services for institutional clients. We deliver independent, professional expertise that puts our clients' interests first. The qualified candidate for this position must be detail-oriented and possess an integrity first and positive team-player attitude.
How you will contribute:
  • Supporting the Wealth Advisor team in providing an integrated suite of services to affluent families
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth expertise in multiple industry software systems including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Investment Portfolio software
  • Preparing internal and custodial paperwork for clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date client records in systems
  • Working with the team to ensure timely delivery of items to clients.
  • Coordinating and working on multiple, concurrent client projects and completing assignments with minimal supervision
  • Organizing information for quarterly tax payments
  • Ensuring that tasks are on track and expectations are completed on time

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or general Business
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience serving affluent families
  • Prior experience in a related field (financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
