Here's what you'd do: This role provides technical support Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure Operating system expertise: Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple Network protocol Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Job Requirements Here's what requirements you'll need: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair Minimum of 5 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer: Not afraid to work in a team environment as well as independently.
