Records Coordinator Pay Grade: 914 Location: Possum Kingdom Vacancy Announcement Nature Of The Work Office Environment WC 8810 Brief Description The purpose of this position is to preserve and maintain the Possum Kingdom (PK) Brazos River Authority's (BRA) filing system for all property, permits, and historical documents. This is accomplished by scanning, categorizing, labeling all PK files, folders, and documents in a consistent manner to be user-friendly. Maintaining and recovering records/files, responsible for coordinating paper files/folders utilizing a check-in/out program; assist with phones and customers during high office traffic; interacting with employees and the public; processing permit applications and documents. Performing general administrative functions as needed, and any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

Today, BRA's staff develops and distributes water supplies, provides water and wastewater treatment, monitors water quality, and pursues water conservation through public education programs.
