Brief Description

The purpose of this position is to preserve and maintain the Possum Kingdom (PK) Brazos River Authority's (BRA) filing system for all property, permits, and historical documents. This is accomplished by scanning, categorizing, labeling all PK files, folders, and documents in a consistent manner to be user-friendly. Maintaining and recovering records/files, responsible for coordinating paper files/folders utilizing a check-in/out program; assist with phones and customers during high office traffic; interacting with employees and the public; processing permit applications and documents. Performing general administrative functions as needed, and any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



  • Minimum three years' experience or an equivalent combination of education
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office and extensive knowledge in Adobe PDF
  • Must be detailed oriented.


  • High School Diploma - Awarded for the completion of High School.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

$16.94 to $21.60 per hour. This is a non-exempt position.
