Ability to read and understand simple diagrams, blueprints, and tape measure. Ability to work 10-12 hours shifts and lift up-to 80 pounds. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Complete and successfully pass a Background check (minimum 7 years) Complete and successfully pass a Controlled Substances Screening (drug test) Authorization to work in the USA/Successfully pass an E-Verify YouTube Video- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHzpaDp0rfE FULL SUITE OF BENEFITS! Responsibilities Read and understand set-up sheets. Position plates properly. Operate gantry. Verify lumber accuracy with sheets. Verify truss set up is accurate. Perform daily operator maintenance. Maintain 100% crew efficiency. Mark individual trusses when required. Train Builder Associates. Qualifications Able to read and write in their primary language. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.
