JOB TITLE: Associate - {TE7773665}

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to pitch liability management ideas including debt tender, exchange, open market repurchase, debt defeasance and discharge to corporate and sovereign clients by preparing presentation materials and financial models, producing financial and market data visualization, and researching company specific and market activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing discounted cash flow analysis in Excel to value bonds and other fixed income instruments; creating clear, concise PowerPoint slides to illustrate market trends using Excel line, bar, and scatter plot graphs; reviewing US and international bond offering memoranda, using knowledge of structure, organization, and expected content of these documents to summarize key terms and covenants; interacting with corporate clients to answer questions on market practices and explain workings of bond valuation Excel models; designing and using Excel macros to pull detailed datasets involving company financial metrics and existing capitalization details including multicurrency bond portfolios, commercial paper balances, term loans, revolving credit facilities, asset-backed financings and preferred, convertible, and equity linked issuance; and evaluating the current cost of international market currencies and comparing to available US dollar alternatives, using knowledge of foreign exchange, cross currency swap, and interest rate swap markets to determine the most cost-effective alternative. Salary range: $200,000.00 -$215,000.00/year This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
