Channel Operations Manager - FindLaw

We're looking for an innovative, data-driven Channel Operations Manager to support FindLaw's Channel Leadership in driving growth and operational efficiency. This role will partner with leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of key programs and initiatives. You'll play a key role in refining sales operations, supporting accurate forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we're running efficiently and maximizing performance. The right candidate is comfortable using data to guide decisions and enjoys working across teams to solve operational challenges.

About the Role

  • Sales Forecasting: Partner closely with sales leadership to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts. This includes working with historical data, understanding business trends, and aligning with strategic objectives to ensure we're hitting our targets.
  • Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Perform ad hoc analytics to surface insights on channel performance.Identify key risks and opportunities, working proactively to address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Own the tracking of key sales performance metrics, like conversion rates and pipeline health. You'll develop reports and dashboards that help sales teams stay focused and accountable, ensuring that the data we're using is actionable and drives results.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to implement tools and resources that help our teams sell more effectively. Support sales enablement efforts through training, tool deployment, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Operational Process Improvements: Identify areas where we can improve how we work-whether that's streamlining a sales process, optimizing our use of technology, or finding better ways to forecast. You'll be hands-on in recommending and implementing improvements that boost productivity.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Assist in managing the tools and technology that support our sales operations, particularly within Salesforce. You'll ensure that our systems are integrated and operating smoothly, allowing us to make data-driven decisions.
  • Planning: Analysis to support strategy, resourcing, compensation, and territory decisions made annually.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM or sales tools.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, performance tracking, and operational improvements.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
