Corporate Counsel - Contracts Job Locations

Overview As a member of our in-house legal team, you will be a key partner to our business development and project teams. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of contracts, subcontracts, legal tasks, and dispute resolution. You will review, negotiate, and maintain agreements, records, and litigation/claim reports and should be capable of recognizing potential problems and addressing them. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas of interest, including but not limited to: international law, government contracting, FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, corporate transactions, and entity creation and management. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating Customer Agreements, which include service, conceptual design, design, architecture, engineering, design-build, construction management, and construction management at risk agreements
