Job Description

Senior leader role overseeing the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) governance of clinical trials, focusing on budget, timelines, quality, innovation, risk and continuous improvement. This position emphasizes leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and driving excellence in clinical trial execution ensuring timeliness are met, financial rigor is applied and high quality of both the planning and execution of clinical trials (all phases/all therapeutic areas).

Key duties: LeadClinical TrialGovernance,focusingonstrategicalignmentwith stakeholders,business partnersandorganizational goals.

  • Ensureeffectivedeliveryofcross functional governance.

  • Driveinnovationandbestpracticesin clinical trialgovernance.

  • Collaboratewithstakeholders toimplementgovernancestrategies specifically, Finance, Clinical Development and other relevant functions

  • Leadeffortstoenhanceclinical trial execution on time, within budget and with quality acrossthe organization.

  • Mentor study teams andfutureleadersingovernance,fosteringacultureofexcellenceandprofessional development.

  • Influencefunction-widegovernancepoliciesandpractices.

Required experience: Typically requires 12 years of Global Clinical Operations/ Clinical Development experience and 5 years of supervisory/managementexperience,ortheequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
