The Production Control Coordinator must be capable of processing fab orders, nests, prints, tags, labels, and monitor the production schedule to support all operations throughout the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assembly of all job packages, as they are received from drafting, into departmental sub-sections, batches and groups various components for production
  • Responsible for scheduling parts and shortage orders
  • Communicate with other Team Leaders to coordinate activities of individual departments to meet a common goal
  • Ability to run several jobs concurrently
  • Ability to key information into computer to obtain computerized records
  • Must expedite work in process to meet production schedules
  • Ability to copy, distribute, and file orders as required
  • Ability to keep numerical and alphabetical sequences correctly
  • Maintains continuous improvement efforts in work area
  • Special projects or additional duties as designated
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Some knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred
  • Computer Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organizational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical Abilities
