What You Will Do:

In this role, the individual will be responsible for the overall supply chain management of the Prime Pump Solutions product line within ChampionX Artificial Lift.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and monitor all supply and logistic activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of products from suppliers to customers.

  • Manage team of 3-5 Inventory and Buyer Specialists.

  • Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the business unit's supply chain.

  • Reduce costs through efficient vendor negotiations and optimizing sourcing.

  • Lead initiatives to support the reduction in inventory by managing and optimizing our inventory levels.

  • Improve the product forecasting accuracy and support a reduction in excess inventory.

  • Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy for the Prime Pump Solutions product line.

  • Define and prioritize the supply chain roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the Company goals and market trends.

  • Conduct analysis to stay current on market trends and competitor activities.

  • May travel up to 20%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years Supply Chain experience with 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of the pumping industry and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for product innovation.

  • Strong Project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketings, sales and customer service.

  • The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal;

  • The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
