Overview: Enterprise Architecture Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and organizing the enterprise architecture function within our organization. This role will ensure that architecture processes, models, and tools are consistently managed and maintained, and will be responsible for administering the Enterprise Architecture (EA) application. Additionally, this role coordinates the review of architectural deliverables and ensures that all stakeholders are consulted. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Enterprise Architecture (EA) modeling repository, ensuring it is up-to-date, properly configured, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support the development and maintenance of consistent and accurate architecture models, diagrams, and documentation within the EA tool.

  • Provide user support and training for the EA modeling repository, helping teams understand and effectively use the tool.

  • Support the enterprise architecture team in organizing and architecture processes and methodologies across the organization.

  • Ensure that architecture models and documentation follow established standards, are consistently maintained, and are aligned with business objectives.

  • Assist in the development and enforcement of EA policies, standards, and guidelines to promote consistency and quality in architectural practices.

  • Organize and manage Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and tracking key decisions and action items.

  • Act as a liaison between the enterprise architecture team and other IT and business teams to promote understanding and adoption of architecture processes and tools.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into the status of architecture activities, ARB decisions, and other key metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of architecture processes, tools, and governance.

  • Communicate the standards and guidelines that apply to architecture deliverables and provide proactive consultation with architects in the preparation of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in enterprise architecture administration, IT governance, or a related role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent direct related experience.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture applications (e.g., LeanIX, BizzDesign or Similar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Experience facilitating meetings and managing deliverables in a structured environment.

  • Experience in the communications industry preferred.

  • Knowledge of IT governance, architecture standards, and best practices is a plus.

The Base Pay Range: $78,500 - $112,100, commensurate with experience.
