How you can make a difference We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated People Analytics Manager to apply their strategic analytic skills to transform raw people data into meaningful and actionable business insights. This role will provide technical expertise to team members and leaders across a variety of projects and initiatives, including but not limited to, designing and automating standard reports and dashboards to provide actionable data and insights to support effective decision making and strategic planning. What you'll be doing This position typically performs work remotely and reports to the VP of People Experience. This position also works collaboratively with the People Team and all corporate functions across the organization. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets to identify trends and extract actionable insights.

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
