Although other responsibilities may be assigned, this position will primarily work to deliver a major higher education medical center project located in Austin, Texas. The candidate is expected to provide leadership and direction to UT System staff and consultants regarding program development, project planning and design, construction management, and contract administration on this higher education academic/healthcare facility. This position is expected to continue upon completion of this project. Essential Functions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field and 10 years complex project management experience. Preferred Qualifications

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. A background check will be conducted on candidates under final consideration.
