Senior HR Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
The HR Compliance Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the HR Compliance Program Manager with the design, and administration of a centralized HR compliance program that is designed to identify risk and ensure adherence with all applicable HR-related legal/regulatory and compliance requirements, policies, and practices to ensure the organization is operating in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements and produces Affirmative Action Plans, annual government reporting, AAP goal monitoring, and compensation equity analysis.
  • Coordinates and supports special programs designed to promote Affirmative Action compliance and to address critical or emerging employee relations and compliance issues. Monitor ongoing efforts based on EEO obligations and requirements.
  • Develops and delivers AAP training covering interpretation of reports, documentation of AAP related activities and establishment of goals.
  • Supports the completion of OFCCP compliance reviews by coordinating preparation of analyses and documentation of AA efforts and assembling other required documents.
  • Ensures timely submissions of required federal, state and local annual reports, including EEO-1, VETS-4212 and other filings as needed.
  • Participates in internal audit activities to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Responds to informational inquiries from Legal and other internal partners. Gather information to respond to requests for information related to charges filed with federal and state agencies, legal suits and proceedings, and correspondence from and to attorneys.
  • Analyzes employment related data sets using Microsoft Excel and other tools and software.
  • Provides advice and counsel to Human Resources Business Partners, Recruiters, senior management and internal partners (e.g., DE&I) on EEO/AA compliance, and regarding strategies to meet goals and address problem areas.
  • Administers the reasonable accommodations process for applicants and employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
  • Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, HR or related field (preferred)

Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years Experience in HR practices and principles pertaining to laws/regulation including, EEO/Affirmative Action, and ADA compliance (required)
  • 3+ years Experience completing Affirmative Action Plans and other EEO/AA reporting (required)
  • 3+ years High proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications (required)
  • 3+ years Experience reviewing and analyzing data (required)
  • 1-3 years Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS, Workday experience is strongly preferred (preferred)

Tactical Skills

  • Knowledge of HR database/reporting systems
  • Demonstrated high proficiency with Excel. Familiarity with Key's HR systems (Workday) is preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
