The Associate Director, Medical Strategy Execution is responsible for providing support, coordinating and driving key medical strategies and initiatives in partnership with Medical Affairs Head/Lead and the ED, Global Medical Capabilities & Execution. The individual will play a pivotal role in executing the strategic planning process and development of Annual Medical Tactical Plans, Global Medical Objectives, and Strategic department Initiatives. The role is responsible for providing project management including, project timelines, medical resources, and tracks performance and effectiveness for key medical programs that advances the awareness, understanding and credibility of BioCryst's science. #LI-Remote ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work closely with Medical Affairs Heads and/or Medical Leads to support development of medical tactical plans and launch plans (new indications or molecules); contributing medical program and project management expertise to strategic and operational initiatives. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: * A minimum of 6-8 years of global biopharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs with demonstrated track record of success. Consulting experience a plus.
