Job DescriptionWe're searching for a Director, Analytics who will be a key leader within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. Data and Analytics is structured into four specialties: Data Intelligence, Data Strategy, Data Operations and Data Technology. The Data and Analytics team works with partners both internally and externally to activate a technology roadmap that creates relevance while driving business outcomes. Developing and translating the data story in meaningful ways andapplying analyticalinsights to business challenges. This requires being a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to business and marketing performance analytics. The director is responsible for the foundational elements that make our clients better able to plan, optimize, measure, and share the performance of their marketing efforts. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Range: $130,000- $219,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
