In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support technology transformation for the Campbells Snacks sales team by bringing new technology to front line sales teams and the vast network of Independent Distributor Partners. Your focus will be on managing and creating content across multiple platforms from start to finish as well as supporting the implementation of content strategies to drive engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning; including incorporating feedback from other team members, and a "no task is too big or too small" mindset.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with others independently.

Hybrid work schedule based out of Global HQ in Camden, NJ. Potential to be based remotely for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation and implementation of content strategies to drive engagement and retention for IDPs while ensuring content is streamlined

  • Understand STAR and Campbell Soup brand and web guidelines to produce copy and content that reflects the correct brand tone of voice and positioning

  • Test and optimize content across tools (LMS, CMS, DAP) to drive the highest engagement (ex a/b testing)

  • Responsible for the technical review/quality assurance of published pages and content

  • Leverage analytics tools to identify important insights, create success metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations on opportunities to improve the user experience

  • Analyze content performance and identify CMS/DAP/LMS design and functionality upgrades to support higher engagement/conversion

  • Manage and update regularly a large volume of digital content and interface with business content authors and/or SMEs to ensure their content is current and relevant

  • Develop and implement templates to provide guidance to content owners/authors on content design

  • Configure courses, design learning paths, curricula and content for the LMS and DAP tools to drive utilization, adoption, and enhance the user experience tool

  • Manage the content governance model as well as the full content production lifecycle from start to finish, and communicate publishing timelines across CMS, LMS, and DAP tools to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and of value to end users (ex publishing calendar management)

  • Review content for ADA compliance and support efforts to ensure accessibility

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Preference for marketing, communications, technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with a focus in content management for Websites, Learning Management Systems, and/or Digital Adoption Platforms

  • Experience website coding specifically with how to write, interpret and edit HTML

  • Proficient in understanding web journeys and experience leveraging the data and insights to inform future web design

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to craft high quality presentations

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to lead and own projects with minimal supervision

  • Understand the benefits of how to leverage a headless content management system (Contentful experience)

  • Understand the benefits of how to leverage a Digital Adoption Platform (WhatFix) and Learning Management System (Docebo)

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$88,800-$127,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
