Acara Solutions client in Tualatin OR, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assembler to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Duration: Temporary Salary: $20.00-$24.50 p/hr. with 10% differential Swing shift: Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am Key Responsibilities: Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary Prepare status reports Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur Work independently with moderate supervision Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools Visual acuity and manual dexterity Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Good verbal and written communication skills Good MS Word, Excel, and MRP skills Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
