As an Account Representative at Chentronics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships, preparing quotes, processing purchase orders, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with various departments within Chentronics to gather technical information and deliver it to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Each day, you will engage with a diverse range of individuals, including engineers, technicians, sales professionals, and customers. Your primary focus will be on customer communication, quote preparation, and tracking the sales process. Through proactive engagement and excellent service, you will contribute to the growth and success of Chentronics.

What You Will Do

* Communicate effectively with customers, both inbound and outbound, to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes in a timely manner, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
* Field inbound calls, engage in cold calling to reach out to potential customers, and manage web leads to generate sales opportunities.
* Provide seamless and excellent customer service, guiding customers through the sales process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information and ensure alignment on customer requirements.
* Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Experience working in a collaborative sales environment.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience in sales or within the Power/Utility/Petrochemical industries.
* Additional education or certifications related to sales or relevant industries.

Depending on experience, the anticipated compensation for this role will be $25-35 an hour.
