Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking individuals with interest within a Tool Maker Internship to support our teams throughout this school year or summer 2025 in Maumelle, Arkansas! These are just a few key aspects of our internship program. What You Will Do * Engage with a focused team of Tool Makers to support the tool shop and production needs to help assist in troubleshooting mold problems and keep production molds in efficient operating conditions * Provide support to other tool makers & engineering teams * Learn and assist in keeping the tool area / tools well maintained to ensure proper working and safe condition * Learning of injection molding processes, including assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold manufacturing processes * Work alongside cross functional departments from a variety of disciplines - quality, manufacturing, project, process, etc. to meet business goals Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Enrolled in a associates or technical degree in relative tooling or automation program (Mechatronics, Automation, CNC, Tooling, etc.) * Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027. * Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
