The practice provides all general optometry services and is the leader in cataract & premium IOL surgery on Maui. The Practice also specializes in the treatment of glaucoma, dry eyes, and various other eye conditions. The practice is staffed by 50 employees who work cohesively to deliver comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.

What you'll do:
As an Optometrist in this flourishing practice, you can expect to see an average of 26 patients daily for eight to 40 hours weekly. You will care for a wide variety of patients conducting routine eye exams, diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, while collaborating alongside the team of ophthalmologists to provide exceptional patient care. With access to cutting-edge, high-tech equipment, such as Refractive Technology, Diagnostic Imaging, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Corneal Topography, Visual Field Testing, Digital Retinal Imaging, Automated Lensometry, Pachymetry, Computerized Vision Testing, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Contact Lens Fitting Technology,

you'll confidently conduct comprehensive eye tests, ensuring precise diagnoses and tailored solutions. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, including opticians and administrative staff, you'll collaborate seamlessly to create a compassionate experience for each patient.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Licensed Optometrist in Hawaii
  • Open to new grads

Preferred Specialties:

  • Experience in managing and treating glaucoma, dry eyes, and other common eye conditions.
