We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator for a unique opportunity on our manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. Our shop is not your typical machine shop. As a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of a successful team and will be responsible for operating the vertical turning centers that produce specialized products and components for the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be able to work with new state-of-the art equipment in a safe, clean, air and climate-controlled environment. This is a 2nd shift position Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am. This position also includes an additional $1/hour shift differential for hours worked on 2nd shift. Training may be conducted on day shift Monday-Thursday. A successful CNC Machinist/Machine Operator is a problem solver, safety-focused and understands the importance of precision and quality. To be successful, you must learn ATI, our products, customers and procedures and work collaboratively with other CNC Machinists and cross-functional teams to ensure product is manufactured to quality and customer specifications. We offer benefit eligibility the 1st of the month following the date of hire + up to 8% employer 401(k) contribution and match + 120 hours of paid time off per year + 12 paid holidays per year. This position qualifies for a $2,000 new hire bonus paid in 2 increments as follows: $1,000 paid after 60 days of employment and $1,000 paid after 120 days of employment.
