Under the direction of the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) Director, the Associate Director is responsible for the collection, analyses, policy interpretation as it pertains to undergraduate college admission, data management, and reporting of the Center for Educational and Community Outreach Programs (CECOP). Based on data analysis and reporting, the incumbent is responsible for making recommendations to CECOP Directors, school administrators, and managers regarding undergraduate admissions readiness. Occasional travel is required. The incumbent will work occasional weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evenings to assist as needed with program events and activities.
The full salary range for the EAOP Associate Director position is $56,000 - $96,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $71,150 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. |
