As an Operations Support Specialist, you will support short-term site needs at vacant or underperforming fulfillment center warehouse locations. You will partner with fulfillment operations leaders and store operations counterparts to help deliver best-in-class performance across critical Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Acting as a Supply Chain Process subject matter expert (SME), you will assist in implementing best practices and processes that cascade down from the region. To be successful, the Operations Support Specialist must identify key opportunities to drive results and effectively support the implementation of suggestions for success. You will help implement Safelite's best practices and processes and continually surface new ideas and approaches to leadership. What you will do
