Community Banker

As our Community Banker, you will play a key role in supporting various Mabrey Bank branches by providing exceptional Teller and Personal Banking services to ensure smooth operation in the absence of other team members. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is ready to make a positive impact every day.

This is a full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Typical hours are 8:00AM to 4:30PM, however hours vary depending on business/branch needs.

What you'll need to be our Community Banker:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs with the ability to learn job-related software
• Ability to type a net 30 words per minute
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

What you'll do as a Community Banker:

• Process various customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Provide Personal Banker services by processing new consumer accounts, certificates of deposit, IRA's, and safe deposit boxes
• Adhere to Mabrey's EXCEED Customer Service Standards
• Maintain knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
