Overview

O&A business is critical part of banks overall strategy and a key differentiator for our clients . The speed to complete client onboarding and able to deliver on turn around times with efficiency, effectiveness/quality and best client experience is an important factor for success in this role.

This will be a critical position to ensure Global governance of key performance metrics in Origination and Advisory Know Your Customer (KYC) teams and also accountable for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) client account delivery.

The position will report to global lead for Client account delivery for Origination and Advisory currently in USA.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for the global governance of key performance metrics in Origination and Advisory (O&A) KYC teams

  • You will be accountable for EMEA client account delivery key performance metrics related to Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • You will be accountable for regulatory readiness and responses

  • You will ensure proactive and on-time delivery of business requirements, including key projects and regular presentations to senior management on governance topics

  • You will review policies and procedures and ensure seamless implementation, including providing requirements to tech and change partners

  • You will oversee New Client Adoption, Periodic review, event driven review (EDR), and Guarantors pipeline management

How You'll Lead

  • Lead and manage various aspects of KYC operations, including stakeholder management, urgent business requests, and meeting monthly KYC targets

  • Engage with stakeholders in different time zones, particularly in EMEA and US, and be adaptable to their demands

  • Provide support to high-level executives in the Business and client lifecycle management (CLM) departments, presenting risk and control solutions to Anti Financial Crime risk teams and overseeing headcount allocation and utilization

Skills You'll Need

  • Detailed knowledge of KYC systems and their interconnections (CRDS, BAR, dbCLM, Downstream) and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data mapping skills (Pivot, V lookups, what-if analysis, data extraction from EAP, dbCLM, Celonis, db Steer, Jira, Blue Park system)

  • Experience working with offshore teams, including India, for efficient due diligence and case management, with flexibility for early logins to support UK and EMEA time zones

  • Ability to escalate risks and address KYC breaks promptly

  • Strong understanding of KYC regulations and requirements, with the ability to simplify complex requirements

  • Effective management of senior stakeholders, ensuring on-time and proactive delivery

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $93,000.00 to $133,300.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
