What You'll Do:

As an IT Product Owner, you will:

• Establish and nurture relationships with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs.
• Work with the IT Application Development team to break down business initiatives into actionable work items and manage the development backlog.
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business value streams.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of solutions.
• Lead the charge in adopting agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and promoting transparency.
• Contribute to long-term technology strategy, ensuring our tools and processes support our growth and efficiency goals.
• Measure and report on team performance, showcasing the value and impact of the work being done.

We're seeking a proactive leader who is ready to make a difference. Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2-5 years of IT experience, with a preference for those with a background in agriculture or manufacturing.
• Proven success in business process improvement and application solutions analysis.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production environment, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills-you will be working with teams across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
