Full Time Description & Requirements As a Practice Management Lead, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the STAR Practice Management system in the Firm's Accounting department. You will assist with user support and data/report requests from Firm partners and employees by delivering reliable, high-quality email and phone support, data analytics, and custom reporting from the STAR Practice Management system.
This is a highly detailed position that requires strong adherence to quality control standards. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and independently is a must. Requirements of this position include the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Confidentiality is crucial to this role, and the candidate must be able to maintain and protect confidential matters.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position.
