Job DescriptionThe Director, Date Engineering, Tech & Data develops and supports data products. This resource plays a critical role in the development and maintenance of data solutions and deliverables used by internal and external stakeholders. You will design and develop big data solutions built on the Databricks and Azure technology stacks. You will help drive PHM data strategy, managing data pipelines, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our data platforms. You will report to the SVP, Data Engineering. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. This position can operate out of our NYC, Philadelphia or Chicago office location. Responsibilities:

Compensation: $130,500 - $167,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
