In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager who will set your schedule and assign work orders. You'll be responsible for organizing and directing all activities related to the maintenance and repair of our New Hampshire-area site buildings and other apartments when occasionally needed, including our Wediko property grounds, vehicles, and other equipment. The Home will provide a truck/van for you to get between sites where you'll make minor repairs and help with the upkeep of the buildings. You'll be a part of an on-call rotation with other staff, and will be expected to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local code requirements, and always maintain a safe working environment. Physical Requirements Sufficient manual dexterity to handle and operate objects, tools and controls commonly used in the construction and maintenance trades. Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor, such as frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, equipment and tools, as well as pushing and pulling objects. Duties require frequent standing, walking, climbing, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Involves the regular use of ladders, lifts and scaffolding.
