About the role:

The Marketing Program Manager role is responsible for leading the development of new Market Development programs in supporting sales and the broader commercial team key initiatives. Specifically, this role will develop, train, launch, and manage new market development programs. Major focus of this work will be to interfacing with physicians, APPs, and the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Evolve and manage the IntraceptTM Procedure Centers of Excellence program
  • Lead Development and commercialization of new co-marketing and market disruption programs to enable new channels of education and engagement for HCPs and patients.
  • Build strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (MDs and APPs) through society engagement and advisory boards to validate potential new call-points.
  • Develop and manage education, training, and research initiatives with key internal stakeholders and KOLs.
  • Analyze ROI metrics to further develop data-driven plans and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the field and cross-functional partners to assist in the development and support of national and regional customer Summits and other local meetings.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in medical sales, market development, or upstream marketing/strategy
  • Proven experience with customer engagement
  • 2+ years of medical device industry experience
  • Up to 30% domestic travel commitment


Preferred qualifications:



  • Advanced degree such as MBA
  • Specific medical device experience (Ex: Spine, Neuromodulation, or other device experience)
  • Strong presentation, and interpersonal skills
