The Senior Content Specialist participates in our Content Operations team, on the U.S. Cases Processing department to create and publish caselaw products. The Senior Content Specialist will develop proficiency and independence in core tasks of workflows, coordinate with and mentor global and vendor partners, and focus on process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

About The Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior Content Specialist, you will:

  • Maintain currency, correctness, and completeness for U.S. caselaw products, including print and Westlaw
  • Coordinate and plan editorial activities, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor preparation
  • Provide support to customers and internal partners by applying corrections to caselaw documents
  • Focus on process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Partner with Editorial and Print teams to ensure on-time deliverables
  • Create, review, and maintain documentation as needed

About You:

You may be a fit for the role of Senior Content Specialist if your background includes:

  • Four-year degree (BA, BS) required, preferably in English or similar field
  • Strong time management/organization skills with experience managing multiple deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment, ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal or external contacts
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, editorial, product management)
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with XML, HTML, or similar markup languages
  • Enthusiasm for or experience with using AI in your workstream

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in publishing or legal industries
  • Power Automate expertise
