Customer Service Coordinator

Deer Park, TX

PSC Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. This person will serve as the front-line communication with customers and be the key contact for customers. You'll be entering orders, handling requests, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. You'll utilize established processes and best practices to maintain impeccable service levels. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution of customer concerns/inquiries.
Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process in a timely manner.
Coordinate all activity for assigned customer account(s), proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
Perform SAP functions that include daily allocation of product for shipments, post the production/fill, and PGI of shipments.
Create orders, arrange carrier pickup/appointments, add charges for billing, and release orders for shipments.
Provide consistent communication, acknowledgement, and confirmation of order shipments or delays.
Fields and escalates customer problems and concerns when needed.
Supports inside and outside sales.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in customer service is preferred
May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
